As if that were not enough, the ad contains this on-screen text banner: "Stop CHANTIX if you notice swelling of face, mouth, throat or a rash, swelling, redness, and peeling of the skin."
Of course, there is the obligatory "Ask your doctor if CHANTIX is right for you."
I actually had to attend a class to quit smoking 25+ years ago. The "instructor" was an irritating twit but it worked. Of course, I also had to quit drinking for a while - since I don't believe anyone can quit smoking and keep drinking. And, to quit drinking, I had to quit listening to country music - which, these days, would not be difficult. It was a fairly complicated process for someone who subscribes to the idea that anything worth doing is worth doing to excess.
ReplyDeleteOf course, years earlier I would have had to quit carrying change to put in the jukebox.
